Ethiopian

This African Ethiopian coffee, from the Yirgacheffe region, is a harsh, acidic coffee with leathery tones. It is extremely strong with a high caffeine content. 

Those who enjoy Cuban, Puerto Rican or Kona coffees will appreciate this variety that originated these other varieties.
