This Central America Costa Rican coffee from the Pastora Tarrazu region, is smooth with bright acidity. It has pecan and butterscotch notes, which is similar to the Medium Hawaiian, and is a perfect medium roast.
It is not too strong and has a regular caffeine content.
Costa Rican is perfect as a Drip, Pour Over and French Press. Not recommended for Espresso or Mocha Pot.
COARSE – Use with Cold Brew, Percolator, French Press
