This Central American Honduran coffee, from the Santa Rosa region, is roasted as a Medium producing consistent chocolate caramel notes with no acidity.

This coffee is definatley sumptuous.

This is an experimental decaf!

Sourced honey process coffee from a collective of small producers in the Marcala region of Honduras.

This coffee was then sent and decaffeinated with pure waters from Pico de Orizaba in Descamex Mexico, using a water saturation process that removes the caffeine without the use of chemicals.

It is strong in a DECAF VERSION.  

This coffee is Organic.
