This African Ethiopian coffee, from the Yirgacheffe region in Africa, Ethiopia is said to be the birth place of coffee.
Using our roasters we are able to bring out diverse and complex flavor profiles.
Think bright acidic coffee with leathery tones mixed with floral sweetness to produce a beautiful profile.
This coffee is roasted to a bold full city roast that is dark and brings out its natural oils to create a cup of coffee that is spectacular.
It is extremely strong with a high caffeine content.
If you haven't tried this yet, you definitely should.
Those who enjoy Cuban, Puerto Rican or Kona coffees will appreciate this variety that originated these other varieties.
