This African Ethiopian coffee, from the Koke region, is a fruity, bright coffee with rich sweet tones.

Honeyed KOKE is processed by soaking the beans in their cherry mucilage for a few day and this naturally sweetens the beans.

This coffee is Grade 1 washed high grown coffee from KOKE area roasted to a rounded medium.
