This exceptional, exclusive and rare coffee variety from Indonesia is derived from the Asian Palm Civet (a type of cat) that eats only the ripe coffee cherries and then poops out the digested coffee beans. These beans are then washed, dried and roasted. It's like the Civet has fermented the coffee beans before roasting.

Roasted to the edge of darkness, This Kopi Luwak is super smooth, rich and tangy, with no bitterness.  Flavor notes, with chocolate aroma, of sassafras and Beach Nut finishing with red hot candy. The pallet is coated with oils almost thicker than most coffees.
