This Central American Nicaraguan Coffee, from the high-altitude region of Jinotega region. With favorable climate and fertile volicanic soil, this region offers excellent growing conditions.
Nicaraguan is 100% Arabaca coffee roasted to a perfect smooth medium, with low acidity.
Using our 100+ year old coffee roasters, gives us the ability to control the way the beans are roasted, bringing out the natural vanilla and spicy notes from the beans.
