Collection: Cold Brew Coffee

Cold Brew coffee is a great alternative to hot coffee on warmer days and summertime. There are many different methods to brewing, we suggest the short method as this will cause less bitterness in your coffee and provide you with the best extraction. Start with 4 oz of course ground coffee beans to 32 oz of water, this will provide you with ready to drink Cold Brew, and follow the instructions below. 

How to make a great Cold Brew Coffee:
1) Start with either Medium Roasts of Indian, Guatemalan, Colombian, Rwandan, Medium Honduran or Dark Roasts of Charleston Holy City and Dark Honduran coffee beans
2) Beans ground coarse
3) Combine coffee grinds and water
4) Beans should steep overnight or up to 12 hours
5) The coffee will slowly infuse into the water creating a strong concentrated brew
6) Filter out the grinds with a filter
7) Enjoy a great tasting Cold Brew Coffee

or Use the Short Method

1) Start with either Medium Roasts of Indian, Guatemalan, Colombian, Rwandan, Medium Honduran or Dark Roasts of Charleston Holy City and Dark Honduran coffee beans
2) Beans ground coarse
3) Combine coffee grinds and water and stir
4) Stir coffee grinds in a vessel for 30 minutes at 10 minute intervals, allow to settle
5) Filter out the grinds with a fine filter or cheese cloth
6) Enjoy a great tasting Short Method Cold Brew Coffee

Adjust your next batch if necessary, If too weak add more coffee, if too strong reduce the amount of coffee beans.
