Medium Coffee profiles are typically balanced, the beans are medium brown and the oils have not emerged~striking a flavor between a bright acidity and bold notes.

Many Medium Roasts have flavor notes of caramel, chocolate and nut and sometimes some mild fruit notes.

Medium roasts are well rounded and have a great smooth finish.

Lighter Medium Roasts include Indian, Brazilian and Nicaraguan.

The Darkest Medium Roasts is Tanzanian.
